Being able to keep yourself safe while playing sports is as important as maintaining your body’s top shape. Ensure your safety when participating in a particular sport with the help of our sport physical examinations and services.

Urgent Care for Established Patients

We are an established clinic, and we are prepared for any event. As such, we also offer our established patients medical services that require urgent care as soon as possible for.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not a pain management clinic. If you feel your pain can be more effectively managed with a recommended physician, we will refer you at that time.

For serious emergencies, please go directly to your hospital of choice (as allowed by your insurance) or call 911. If you are a patient and feel you have an emergency that is appropriate for our office, please let our receptionist know you have and an emergency that requires immediate assistance.

For non-emergent concerns or questions, please leave a message for our providers with the receptionist. Questions our staff cannot answer will be forwarded to the providers via electronic telephone encounter. The providers respond to calls periodically throughout the day.

Refills will be taken care of at the time of your appointment. Please be prepared with the refills that are needed. Refills are prepared electronically.

Please allow 24-48 hours for prescription refill requests to be completed. Please try to call for refills on days other than Mondays, Fridays, or weekends. No prescription refills after hours.
