Our office is open from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment only. If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes early, and please bring proper identification, so we may successfully complete the registration process. If you are an established patient with an urgent problem, but do not have an appointment, please call our office prior to arriving. We can then prepare to work the schedule around your arrival.
We would also ask that you kindly advise us if you will be late or unable to attend your appointment. If you must cancel, we request at least 24-hour notice. Otherwise, we will consider you as a no-show.
We accept most insurances, including Medicare, Medi-Cal (California Health and Wellness and Anthem Blue Cross). We also accept most all private PPO insurances. Your co-payment is expected at time of service, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
As a rule, your insurance pays for many of your medical services delivered in our office.
However, depending on your health insurance plan, there may be deductibles, co-insurance and co-pays that are your responsibility. We require your insurance card and driver’s license to be on file. Please be sure to advise us of any changes in your coverage to avoid any under or over payment occurrences. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
We require that all patients pay their balances promptly. If your insurance has a deductible that has not been met, you may be asked to pay for any services when a deductible will be applied. All co-pays are to be paid at the time of service.
If any of our patients have a balance due, you may be asked to make a payment on your account prior to scheduling your appointment or at time of service. This payment is in addition to any co-pays or payments for services provided at your scheduled appointment.
As you know, insurance is an extremely complicated system and unfortunately, errors do occur. If you feel there has been a mistake with your bill, please don’t hesitate to bring it to the attention of our Billing Department.
